Update previous review: As multiple discussion with manager Ziggy and our preference, office agreed and sent contractor Vince to our home today. He was working on our boiler heater a couple years ago and brought us very positive impression. Today Vince did excellent job again and all planed works are done and issues are resolved properly. Vince is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and very patient with communication with customers. We are very satisfied with manager’s coordination and Vince’s a work. Now most contractors we experienced before are obviously not well trained on boilers heating system and not specialized on this area. But Vince is really professional and specialized on boilers systems upon our twice working with him. Read Less

Sergio and his team were trustworthy and professional! They saved us from a nightmare with ABC. If anything- AVOID ABC at all costs! Sergio's quote was almost HALF for a BETTER system! I had a very favorable experience with Perfect Temperature Control. They replaced an HVAC unit in my condo building in the city. They provided me with a competitive bid up front and kept me informed while the device was being manufactured. During the install they determined that because the new HVAC unit was manufactured to new federal more energy efficient specifications that were not disclosed to them until it arrived, the new unit did not fit well into the space that the old one fit into. Since my space was limited in a condo building in the city, they had to reengineer the fit on site. They spent an extra day having to do this and came up with a great solution, although it required new duct work and plumbing. Nevertheless they honored their original quote and didn't charge me a cent more. I really appreciated the way they took care of me. Their employees are very courteous and great problem solvers. I had a service call today and Joe was the technician. I am always impressed by the professionalism of the technicians at Perfect Temp. They are always on time, courteous and explain everything well.
